I led platform design at Adobe for nearly a decade, most recently growth and safety design at Discord, and before that built Lucid Motors’ in-vehicle experience from zero. I’ve also co-founded two companies, one acquired by Pinterest.

I focus on outcomes, not outputs. I lead with a clear vision but stay grounded in systems, data, and constraints, and I’m comfortable moving between deep design work and executive storytelling.

My strongest skill is building teams: spotting talent and creating the conditions where good designers do their best work.

I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas but I have been in the Bay Area for 20 years. I live in Berkeley, CA with my family. Outside work I’m a hobbyist woodworker and digital fabricator.
